Pedagogy

Adrián has been working with youth symphony orchestras for 10 years, during which time he has developed an unique 'Orchestra Redefined' approach which develops tools for technical & professional emancipation alongside long-term well-being.

 

He was Principal Conductor and Artistic Director of the Polish National Youth Orchestra POM LYO from 2015 to 2021, conducting yearly international tours of Poland and Germany, and live video broadcasts on national Polish radio. He has also worked with orchestras in Germany, Uruguay, and extensively in the UK both within and outside the Philharmonia Orchestra umbrella.
